Well, registration has finally closed, and registered and paid are England, Peter, Roy, Brian, and Myself, along with Huey as a role player. I´ve stepped up to the Platoon Leader Position and told the CO he can put us pretty much wherever he needs us. With our knowledge and expertise of the field (as well as the knowledge and expertise of our CO), we will be a force to be reckoned with.

Operation 206 is a go, down in Springfield. January 27th, 2007. Head on over to AirsoftEvents to sign up for the it. Also, if you are 17 years and under, you need a new Strikers and Hidden Spring Ranch waiver filled out and notarized for the 2007 season. If you´re 18 years and older, just show up and they will have waivers for you on site. This will be a more casual type game, rain, snow, or shine, it will go on. Lets try and get a good number of people out there for this one! Also, Frank asked me if our attendance to Blind Fury 4 will be anything like we had for Blind Fury 3. Keep mid-late June open *wink wink*. That gives you plenty of warning time to get school, work, ect. off and plan vacation around that time. |

» Op: Take Down Reloaded - 2 Day Event [12-08-06 @ 14:00]

Red Dawn Airsoft would like to announce a reschedule date for Operation: Take Down. We are calling it Operation: Take Down Reloaded (Cliche I know, but fun of course), and will be held on January 20th and 21st, 2007.
This event will be one of the largest CQB events in the history of Airsoft and we are treating it as such. After testing the waters last weekend and learning from out mistakes we are going to run this one similar to Northern Wind.
We have set up a forum for Red Dawn Airsoft and have put all of the information regarding the event on the forum.
We have also set up DHS and POD Forums. Once you preregister for the event and choose a team you will be given permission to access your teams forum to start planning your attack with your fellow team mates. We have also posted each teams missions on there respective forums so you will need to register on the Red Dawn Airsoft Forum and log in to view your objectives and missions.
We look forward to seeing you all there.

We´re holding a game out in Whitehouse 12.10.06 We´ll be meeting up around 11:30 at the field and play until whenever. So far confirmed we have Myself, Peter, England, Mike, and Dan. Brian may be coming, as well, I´m trying to contact Alex because he wants to start playing again. If you have anyone you know who would like to come out, bring them with you, I´m sure we can find a gun for them, at least every other game. |

Fun event and glad to see the weather held up for a nice day of airsoft in Springfield mud. I made one of my childhood dreams come true and ran around with the 249 all day and did my thing. England bought Frank´s L96 and used it as well. Very Very badass, our first shot in action was England taking someone out with that. Adam ran shit and Brian keep us alive as medic. Another awsome event by the strikers. |

In the early hours the 15th of July, 2006, in the remote countryside of Russia, a top secret military instillation known only as “Shadow Fox” was infiltrated by a small unit of heavily armed and very well trained men, possibly foreign Special Ops. It is believed these armed vigilantes belong to a rebel group hell-bent on the destruction of the current Russian government. It is rumored this group is funded by several foreign Heads of States that wish to rid Russia of its current state of world-wide influence in affairs. It is reported the rebels stole a large cache of small arms, important military documents, and most frightening- a biochemical warhead containing a silent killing nerve agent potent enough to kill every man, woman, and child in Moscow; This appears to be the motive behind the attack. Regardless of who is funding this group, they must be crushed before it is too late. There is a time for questions, but now is the time for action.
This will be a 12 hour MilSim game. Starts at 11 AM, ends at 11 PM (11:00 to 23:00 hours). Eating/reloading will be done out in the field. All participants are required to have on them a FRS radio (walkie-talkie) and a flashlight. The required waiver MUST be signed, and under 18 will need to be signed by parents. This will be a joint *EMS* and I.M.C.O. hosted game.
Location/Date: *EMS* field in North Salem, Indiana, on July 15th, 2006.
Fee: The fee is $10.00
After talking with BDW we decided that "out-of-state" players will have their entrance fee waived. |

If anyone is interested, Huey is looking for two people to replace himself and another that were supposed to attend SS2, but are now unable to. Tomorrow is the last day to that Team TAC is allowing switches/modifications for the roster, so if you want to go let Huey know ASAP, otherwise hes out $90 or so.

Also we are thinking of getting patches so we can put them on book bags/ tactical vests.
